  • Can I gift an offer to a friend

    Yes. When making a purchasing enter your friends information.

    1. Select “I am purchasing this offer for someone else” during the checkout process.
    2. Input their information
    3. If they already have an EarlyTab account, select their profile from the matching accounts.
    4. Complete the purchase.

    EarlyTab will send you a receipt for your purchase and notify your friend that they’ve received a gift on EarlyTab.

  • Can I review how many tickets I have left?

    Yes. Login to your EarlyTab account and go to Tickets. You’ll find all the remaining tickets you have available. You can decide to transfer tickets to your friends from that screen.

  • Can I review my past orders

    Yes. Login to your EarlyTab account and go to Orders. You’ll find all the past orders you have placed.

  • Can I transfer my tickets to someone else

    Yes. Login to your EarlyTab account and go to your Tickets. You are able to select the number of tickets you want to send to your friends by clicking on the “+” sign that is next to each ticket type you have available. As soon as you’ve added at least one ticket, the Transfer Tickets button is click-able. Once you’ve clicked on the Transfer Tickets button, enter your friend’s information and they’ll receive the tickets you’ve selected.

  • How do I order at the location

    Before you order, download the EarlyTab app available in the App Store or on Google play.

    All of your purchased tickets will be available in the “My Tickets” section of the app.

    Choose the group of tickets you would like to redeem and select the menu items you would like in the EarlyTab App. One ticket can be redeemed for one menu item.

    When you’re ready to order, get the attention of a staff member and follow the on screen instructions.

    Once the ordering process is started you will have 3 minutes to show your phone screen with your order to a staff member.

    The staff member will handle the order.

    Once you’ve received your order, the tickets associated with that order will be removed from your EarlyTab account. You can review your remaining tickets as well as past orders in your EarlyTab profile.

  • How will a location know how many tickets I have available

    EarlyTab keeps track of all the tickets you have available and provides that information to the location.

    You can also review your purchased tickets at any time in the EarlyTab app.

  • Where can I use EarlyTab

    EarlyTab is currently available in San Francisco with more cities to come.

  • Will I get a copy of my receipt

    Yes of course. You will receive an email with a copy of your receipt and details on the offer you purchased.

  • Will I need to tip when I redeem my tickets

    When making a purchase on EarlyTab you can choose to pre-pay the tip. If you choose not to pre-pay for the tip, please remember to bring cash with you and to tip your server for their service.

    Additional tip is always appreciated by staff.
